Complaint Policy

We want to hear when something is wrong - with content, billing, your account or our service.

1. Write to support@porn-gif.cc with the subject "Complaint" and as much detail as you can.
2. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve most complaints within 7 days.
3. Complaints about illegal or underage content are handled first, within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, reply to the same thread and a second person will review it.
