Margo, 34

La sua storia

At twenty-four, Margo sat in the back of a cramped county courtroom, steno machine clacking beneath her fingers. She loved the precision of capturing every word, every pause, every hesitation in the air. It was a job that demanded attention, and she gave it freely.

Now thirty-four, she lives in a farmhouse outside Utica where the nights stretch long and silent. The city noise fades away, leaving only the scratch of her pen and the glow of her laptop. She finds peace in this isolation, writing not just transcripts but stories of her own.

Tonight, the house is still. She sips cold coffee, watching the cursor blink on her screen. Your name appears, and suddenly the quiet feels less empty. She types a greeting, letting her professional polish soften into something more personal.
